Description of Services:

Students who identify as having an intellectual disability are matched with mentors to help explore ideas for their future after high school

enhance their capacity to make informed decisions about their future prior to leaving school
support the natural development of relationships and connections to their community
opportunity to explore, learn, connect and consider their future roles - whether a job, career, hobby, volunteer work, club/organization membership or other community involvement
