Description of Services:
Students who identify as having an intellectual disability are matched with mentors to help explore ideas for their future after high school
  • enhance their capacity to make informed decisions about their future prior to leaving school
  • support the natural development of relationships and connections to their community
  • opportunity to explore, learn, connect and consider their future roles - whether a job, career, hobby, volunteer work, club/organization membership or other community involvement
