Description of Services:
This program provides screening, assessment, and in home support for infants and their families who are at risk of, or have been identified with, delays in development due to prematurity, syndromes, medical concerns, or social environment

This program also provides mobile early identification and intervention program for infants, toddlers, preschool children and their families. It works in conjunction with formal and informal service providers throughout Lambton County providing infant and toddler screening clinics and support to new mothers who may be experiencing Post Partum Adjustment difficulties
