Description of Services:
Family Solutions An intensive in-home intervention program for families. This is a 12-week program. Through goal-oriented home visits, working to ensure your family receives the most suitable support.
Day Treatment Aimed at youth who are currently disengaged from school due to mental health reasons. Youth must be willing to participate in programming to assist them in returning to home school or the next best option. Offers individual support from the classroom teacher and an educational assistant and mental health support from Day Treatment Counsellor. The classroom is located at Northern High School. Day Treatment has a primary focus on mental health.
