Description of Services:
This program provides an in-home family preservation program designed to reduce the number of out of home placements as well as limit the duration of necessary out of home placements of children and youth from their families * designed to promote positive child, youth and family functioning and better equip parents with the necessary advocacy skills for their children and youth
