ADP Authorizer and Vendor for Orthotic devices including fully custom body braces - helmets, TLSOs, KAFOs, AFOs, Leg braces, Knee braces, and custom foot orthotics.
On-site fabrication laboratory with thermoforming for thermoplastic custom brace fabrication.
Full assessments, adjustments, fabrication on-site.
No referral needed for initial assessment - MD prescription required for final device.
CK Ortho is owned and operated by Chatham's only Certified Orthotist. CK Ortho is able to bill ADP/ODSP/OW for eligible services.
