Description of Services:
Urgent/Episodic medical clinic  Nurse Practitioners assess and treat minor illnesses and injuries. Call 519-704-5003 for medical triage. If deemed necessary in person visits will be scheduled for same or next day.

Conditions treated include
  • ear aches
  • sore throats
  • infections
  • rashes
  • no prescription refills
