People 12 years and older who are affected by substance use and dependence or internet, gaming and gambling concerns * clients with minor mental illness are accepted

Activity opportunities for people living with a mental illness * Program includes community outings, life skills, vocational opportunities and other activities
Crisis Response Service
Mental health crisis phone service * service provide by Reach Out crisis response line * professional mental health counsellor helps with immediate crisis * will refer to other supports and services in the community for longer term assistance
