Description of Services:

Acute & episodic care clinic for those unable to see their primary care provider in a timely manner for the issue.

Nurse Practitioners assess and treat minor illnesses and injuries

Call 519-491-6188 to book same day/next day appointment.

Conditions treated include:

ear aches
sore throats
infections
rashes
respiratory infections/flu/COVID
fever
minor injuries e.g. sprains, strains

This clinic does not offer prescription refills or care for chronic conditions.

APPOINTMENT REQUIRED for daytime services. Call 519-491-6188. A group of primary care physicians operates a walk-in clinic in the same space from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Monday to Friday
