of shelter and basic needs including food and clothing * also offers
emergency assistance or discretionary benefits for special items of
extreme need such as medical supplies (diabetic supplies, surgical
supplies), medical travel and transportation, eye glasses, emergency
dental, dentures, prosthetics and funerals
