Description of Services:
Self-paced, individualized and self-directed learning programs

Secondary Courses - full credit courses to complete Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or upgrade for post-secondary education

Co-op Program - high school credits gained through work experience (paid or volunteer)

English as a Second Language ESL – free service for newcomers and those needing to improve written and verbal English skills

Newcomer Settlement Services - filling out forms and applications * help to arrange interpretation and translation of documents (may include fee) * finding job or training * information about other community services

Literacy and Basic Skills - Skills Upgrading and Readiness Program (SURP) - Free service for adults wanting to upgrade reading, writing, math, computer and workplace-specific skills to prepare for job interview or promotion, work toward High School diploma or General Education Development (GED), enter college, university or apprenticeship program, set and manage goals, work and communicate with others * learners work at their own pace on goal-specific activities with direction from an instructor

The LearningHUB - free online program * upgrade reading, writing, math, computer and other workplace skills to work toward a Secondary School credit course, prepare for General Education Development (GED) test, job interview or improve in existing job, enter college, university or apprenticeship program * done through Anytime Learning Courses or Live Classes  * suitable for those who cannot access regular classroom programming
