Support for young adults who are, or have been, involved in the Child Welfare system and are transitioning to independent living * connects individuals with resources available in their community

Assists young adults in identifying, developing and implementing a plan based on personal goals including strategies to address:

Educational resources and post-secondary opportunities
Employment services and training
Life skills training
Health, mental health and other social services supports
Volunteer and recreational activities
Housing
Safety planning
Legal services
