Community-based support, social and information group for stroke survivors and caregivers * connect with other survivors and caregivers for emotional support, firsthand advice, coping strategies and friendship * this includes one-to-one peer support, and online and in-person support groups * free information packages and newsletters * special guest speakers and other special events
