Description of Services:
Assists in the resolution of issues between students and landlords and/or students and London residents through informal and formal mediation
Acts as a neutral third party to provide information and suggest approaches to problems * handles landlord/tenant issues, noise complaints, property appearance, parking complaints, roommate concerns and other lifestyle issues * does not act as an advocate or offer legal advice
