Medical health care team focused on family and community health * coordinates patient care in order to assess and treat injuries or illness * team includes family doctors, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, dietitians, respiratory therapists and occupational therapists

About Us

The medical clinic is staffed by four doctors, two of which are a team lead for eight residents in the Department of Family Medicine at Western University. As part of the Thames Valley Family Health team, there is a strong interdisciplinary approach where nurses and other health professionals are very much a part of family practice.
