Neighbourhood resource centre * services for people of all ages

  • Adults and Seniors Programs Programs include Newcomer Seniors Support Group, Newcomer Women's Support Group, International cooking club and Middle Eastern women's aerobics

  • Families First Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) Aims to strengthen and support families with young children

  • Families First Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) Westminster Current Programs:
    • Young Mom's Group Mondays 4-6 pm
    • Collective Kitchen Tuesdays 11:30 am-1:30 pm
    • Westminster Women's Group Wednesdays 10 am to 12 pm
    • Little Learners Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 12:30 to 2:30 pm
     Emergency food available * emergency baby food bank service, including formula, jarred food, cereal, diapers are available while supplies last * call ahead for supply availability
