Description of Services:

A free prenatal group education and nutrition support program for pregnant individuals and young adults (teens) who have a difficult time accessing healthy food * partners or a support person are also encouraged to attend

Weekly sessions cover topics including healthy eating, meal preparation, food safety, healthy lifestyles, pregnancy changes, fetal development, healthy relationships, labour and birth, postpartum and newborn care, breastfeeding and community supports

Healthy food, food vouchers, bus tickets, and free prenatal vitamins offered at each session
