Description of Services:

Intensive, in-home, community-based service for teens at risk of out-of-home placement and their families who are experiencing high levels of family conflict and are seeking assistance with family functioning and/or reunification

Program operates for 6-8 weeks for approximately 4-6 hours per week of in-home counselling and support service.
