Description of Services:
Community-based services for people with intellectual disabilities, including accommodation, planning and family supports

Infant and Child Development - Early intervention services for infants and toddlers available for families in Grey and Bruce Counties * requisition for consultation or a referral is required

Special Needs Resourcing - Early intervention services for preschool aged children presenting with delays in two or more areas of their development * children must be residents of Grey County * consultation and inclusion practices are provided to licensed child care settings * a request for consultation and a referral is required

Family Support - Individual, supportive assistance for families that provides advocacy, planning and linking to community and government resources

Community and Day Supports
- Adults are supported to achieve personal goals related to activities of daily living including community participation, life skills, volunteer and cooperative work, socialization and/or recreation and leisure

Supported Independent Living - Adults who live independent of their family receive in-home support to help manage their daily living routines

Accommodation Supports - Individuals are provided with residential support up to 24 hours per day in a limited number of homes and locations * typically, 3 to 4 adults live at each home

Employment Services - Support to assist adults in service with securing employment, job training, coaching, and managing employee/employer relations * service is in partnership with the Ontario Disability Employment Support Program (ODESP)
