Support education and information for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their care partners * offers in-home or in-office consultation and ongoing support * assists with system navigation and advocacy, supports research

Caring With Confidence - Support groups for care partners and those living with the disease

First Link Learning Series - Provides education and information to people newly diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias and family members through the First Steps program

  • Client Information, Education and Support Programs Information, support and assistance to persons living with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias and their care partners

  • First Link One-on-one counseling and group supports for caregivers, including family and friends

  • Minds in Motion™ Program for people living with early to mid-stage Alzheimer's disease or other dementias and their care partners * provides physical activity and brain stimulation * offered for 2 hours a week in 8 week sessions * available in St Marys, Stratford, and Listowel
