Multi-community hospital corporation composed of 4 rural sites located in Chesley, Durham, Kincardine and Walkerton * 24-hour emergency care * other services include acute care, coronary care, obstetrical, surgical, diagnostic and ambulatory care services

Chesley 18-bed hospital (8 acute care, 10 Seniors Centre of Care) with emergency department
Durham 10-bed acute care hospital with emergency department
Kincardine 17-bed acute care hospital with emergency department
Walkerton 21-bed (15 acute, 6 obstetric) acute care hospital with emergency department
