Description of Services:
Blood pressure clinics for older adults (55 years and older) with a chronic condition * trained staff and volunteers measure blood pressure, record results and provide information about risk factors for heart disease and stroke as well as materials on how to be more heart-healthy

Results can also be sent to family physician with authorization

Second and fourth Thu of the month - Maitland Terrace, 2:30pm-4:30pm
Third Thu of the month - Perth Meadows, 9:00am-11:00am
