• Congregate Dining We offer 2 dine out at home options a month. We partner with local restaurants to offer dining that gets delivered right to your home at supper time.

• Falls Prevention and Group Exercise Classes for Seniors Group exercise and falls prevention classes for older adults and people with mobility issues and chronic conditions * aims to improve strength and balance to prevent injury and falls

• Fitness Programs Fitness and Falls Prevention exercise classes programs for seniors that promote physical wellness by focusing on cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strengthening, balance and flexibility training.  In-person class. • Foot Care Clinic Basic foot care provided by certified foot care practitioners at the St Marys Friendship Centre * foot care includes evaluation of feet condition, nail care, and treating of basic foot conditions

• Home Help Referral Program Referrals to local services such as snow removal, lawn care, cleaning, and general maintenance

• Meals on Wheels Hot and frozen meal delivery * special diet types available *

• Shopping Services Staff and volunteers are here to help you complete your shopping errands.

• Telephone Reassurance Weekly/daily phone calls and/or security checks are provided to check on the health and safety of older adults who live alone * checks are done by trained and screened volunteers
