In-home (one-on-one) and group programs including:
Exercise of varying levels and types such as swimming/aquafit, yoga, Exercise and Falls Prevention classes, pickle ball, in-home support exercise program, etc
Health Education including education sessions / coffee hours
Health Assessments such as audiology clinic, blood pressure clinics, foot care
