Description of Services:

Community-based housing for adults with serious mental illness * 6-unit apartment building

Residents live independently in their own apartment with some support from peers and regular staff visits * staff provide practical assistance, one-to-one support and skills teaching to assist residents in their recovery and in developing skills for independent living
