Description of Services:
Education, peer support, consultation and community development services to foster self-help, networking and leadership development among consumer/survivors with serious mental illness and/or addictions
Services and supports include:
One-on-one and group support for consumer/survivors by peer support workers
Group sessions including Wellness Recovery Action Planning, Coping with a Mental Illness, Mood Disorders Support Group
Information on mental illness, medications and other resources
Help to consumer/survivors to navigate mental health system
Seminars and talks in the community on issues related to consumer/survivors
