Adults 18 years of age and older who are:

living with mental illness and/or addictions seeking social connection in a group setting
able and willing to interact appropriately in a group setting
willing to follow the responsibilities and guidelines of the program
willing to have set goals to enhance relationships and foster community

Drop-in centre providing social and recreational programs for people with mental illness

Community Leisure Access (CLA) - One-to-one support for people who are interested in becoming involved with leisure and social activities in their community

Leisure Links - Group social recreation program available to people who would like social interaction with others and assistance to connect with activities in the community
