17-bed acute care hospital with emergency department

Medical, surgery, therapy and ambulatory care services * care coordinators from Ontario Health atHome South West area available on site

Formerly Kincardine and District General Hospital

  • Diabetes Grey Bruce Supports for people living with prediabetes or diabetes * one-on-one or group consultation on monitoring:
    • blood sugar levels
    • medications
    • healthy eating
    • exercise
    • other lifestyle choices 
    Staff include:
    • registered nurse
    • registered dietitian
    • nurse practitioner (all certified diabetes educators)
  •  
  • Outpatient Clinics Outpatient specialist clinics providing diagnoses and treatments for various medical conditions
  •  
  • Outpatient Physiotherapy Community physiotherapy clinic * health professionals assess and treat conditions that affect the muscles, nerves, and bones that may be caused by injuries, chronic conditions, or to recover after an operation (hip and knee surgery)
  •  
  • Palliative Care Provides supportive end-of-life care
