FAME (Fitness and Mobility Exercise) is a group exercise program developed for people with stroke who have some standing and walking ability. FAME was created in Canada and is based in evidence, proven to improve mobility, cardiovascular fitness, arm and hand function.

GRASP

The Graded Repetitive Arm Supplementary Program (GRASP) is an at-home program that a patient can undertake at home, to supplement the days when they do not have a therapy appointment. Created by UBC, this program provides evidence-based exercises aimed to improve hand and arm function for stroke survivors with varying severity.
