Description of Services:
Program matches an isolated older adult with a volunteer to foster companionship through face-to-face or over-the-phone conversation, activities, and shared interests.

Volunteer Requirements:
  • 1-2 hours per week
  • Lead the planning of meeting times and dates
  • Complete Tracking Sheet for monthly submission
