Special Services at Home helps people with intellectual disabilities live at home with their families

Promotes family choices and autonomy and facilitates relationships with families that best meet their needs * an individualized, flexible, family-centred approach will be utilized to facilitate the delivery of support in the community

About Us

People with disabilities and their families may have many and varied extraordinary needs. The SSAH/Passports program provides funds for families to purchase services where needs cannot be met by a service available elsewhere in the local community.
