Description of Services:
Works in partnership with community social agencies to provide crisis response services to individuals experiencing an acute mental illness and/or psychosocial crisis.

Services include:
  • 24 hour Crisis telephone line
  • Walk-in service within the Crisis and Mental Wellness Centre at 744 Ouellette Ave
  • Windsor Regional Hospital - Ouellette Campus, Emergency Department at 1030 Ouellette Ave daily 7am-11pm
  • Follow up crisis counselling and referral
