Individuals 16 years of age and older who are experiencing an acute mental illness and/or psychosocial crisis

Fees

Services are provided at no cost upon presentation of a valid OHIP card

Description of Services:

Works in partnership with community social agencies to provide crisis response services to individuals experiencing an acute mental illness and/or psychosocial crisis.

Services include:

24 hour Crisis telephone line
Walk-in service within the Crisis and Mental Wellness Centre at 744 Ouellette Ave
Windsor Regional Hospital - Ouellette Campus, Emergency Department at 1030 Ouellette Ave daily 7am-11pm
Follow up crisis counselling and referral
