Description of Services:
Demonstrations and consultation about the availability, selection, use, and purchase of technical aids and adaptive devices such as computers, tablets, braille devices and low vision applications. Clinic specializes in assessment for clients with multiple needs including visual, physical, and communication needs.

About Us

Vision Technology Services is one of four Regional Assessment Centres for Ontario residents (including Vision Loss Rehab Ontario, W. Ross MacDonald School, Centre for Sight Enhancement University of Waterloo). The clinic is staffed by an occupational therapist and collaborate with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Clinics, school boards, and employers.
