Description of Services:
provides quick access to therapy services for children and youth up to 17 years of age, and their families. Individuals and/or family members meet with a trained therapist, providing the opportunity to voice their concerns, identify a plan to resolve it or support them in reducing its impact. Every Single Session is unique and is strength-based and solution-focused.

Some clients come for a Single Session and do not require more service. Some clients use the Single Session to discuss the strategies they have used and to know if they are on the right track, consider different approaches or get help with accessing community resources. Together, the client and therapist will explore whether additional services are needed. If there is a request for ongoing or further service, the therapist will discuss the next steps with the client.

Currently being provided virtually or in-person.
