Description of Services:
Variety of supports and services for people with complex care needs, including developmental or physical disabilities, or medical needs * assists people to live in their own homes, participate in community, and enjoy life with family and friends

  • Assisted Living Community-based support and specialized programs for adults with physical or developmental disabilities, including those who are medically complex and Chronic Mechanical Ventilation Dependent
  •  
  • Day Respite and Adult Day Program Centre-based day supports for adults with physical disabilities and complex medical needs. Individually designed support and assistance provided in all areas, including activities of daily living, leisure and social activities, as well as community participation.
  •  
  • Family Resource Funding available to adults with disabilities and their families for community participation supports
  •  
  • Overnight Respite Services Overnight respite services provided in a community-based setting with 24/7 specialized support * short-term stays of 4-7 days available on a scheduled basis * assistance provided with daily living, personal care, medical health, and wellness and safety
