Description of Services:
Programs for youth and adults living with disabilities in the areas of employment, training, adult education, adult day program, leisure, arts, volunteering, and fitness and wellness

Fitness - Personal training and group classes * fitness centre onsite and community-based programs

Counselling - Information and support to effectively deal with issues * topics include health and wellness, safety, daily living activities, social and sexual relationships, safety awareness and community involvement
