Satellite office with Adult Protective Service Worker support * supports adults with a developmental disability who live or are planning
to live independently in the community * assistance is provided through
planning, coordination and case management of community resources,
advocacy, facilitation of community access and inclusion, monitoring of
supports, resource information and connections, community development
and education
