Description of Services:
80-bed long-term care home * residential care for private, semi-private, and basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals
  • bedding and furniture
  • laundry and housekeeping
  • meals
  • personal hygiene supplies
  • medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
  • assistance with medication and activities of daily living
  • recreation and social programs

Secord Trails Care Community is located in the small rural community of Ingersoll with its warmth and country charm. This accredited residence opened its doors in 1975, and it is now home to 80 wonderful people.
