“Join us for a dynamic case-based discussion series showcasing recent complex and “not-so-straight-forward” stroke patients as experienced by local physicians”

 

Target Audience:

Physicians interested in stroke care practicing at Designated Stroke Centres in the Erie St. Clair and South West LHIN (e.g.: ER, Radiology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, etc. ), Nurse Practitioners, and Primary Care Physicians

Objectives:

1. Increase evidence-based stroke best practice implementation through discussing assessment & management of local cases
2. Identify gaps in patient care pathways and propose more standardized approaches
3. Develop a network to support practice improvements and improve collaboration/communication amongst Designated
Stroke Centres
